InterMedia 3, Inc. has some great expansion news to pass along.  We will be opening another location in Wapakoneta, OH.  Our storefront will be within the Wal-Mart Super Store on Bellefontaine Ave..  Yes, that is correct; we were selected by Wal-Mart to open the PC Doctor on Call division within their store.  Along with our outstanding Computer Repair Service, we additionally will be offering black/white and color copies, faxing services, notary services, Check Free payments, Computer software classes and much more. Our office will be open 7days a week. Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Sunday noon – 6 p.m.

We encourage you to continue using our Delphos technical support services as you have used in the past.  The Wapakoneta PC Doctor on Call location will be the exclusive tech support for all Wal-Mart purchased Dell, HP, Acer and Compaq computers.  If you didn’t purchase your computer from Wal-Mart, don’t worry…we can still take care of your computer as we have in the past. As you may already know all of our techs carry various levels of certification and we strive to provide 24 hour (or less) turnaround when your computer is brought in. We will continue to offer pickup services for those of you who hesitate to unplug and bring it in.

We have added a website (http://www.4pcdoctor.com) to allow you to log a service call and then track the service being provided on your system.  This site will also allow you to track history of your computer, select a specific tech to work on your system and to provide comments.  Check it out…I trust you will be impressed what we have put together to better serve you.
